My personal mileposts: I lost a total of 20 lbs, went from a size 8 to a 2/4, have more stamina, endurance and strength than ever before. I am now educated on how sugars and protein work in my body. People around me who have watched my transformation are now becoming more health conscious and motivated. I now know that I can meet most any challenge set in front of me through hard work – commitment – determination – and a focused, educated, specific plan of attack!
