Hi, my name is Kylie.  I have two children and work full time as a Family Day Care Provider from my home.  So, needless to say, my days are always busy taking care of two 1 year olds, a 2 year old, a 4 year old and my own two children, as well as doing school runs and fitting in my training.

I chose to follow Scott Colby’s Fit For Photos Programs as I needed a challenge and to be held accountable for everything…..and he really does hold you accountable!  Like most people, we tend to do better when we have someone to answer to.

Before the Fit For Photos program I was training 5 days a week but not following an eating plan as such and pretty much winging it – which obviously doesn’t work!  The beauty of Scott’s program is it’s all done for you. The only thing you need to do is ensure you are prepared and planned for your day and give it 100%.

I’ve tried plenty of eating plans before but NOTHING gave me results as quickly as Scott Colby’s Fit For Photos program.  I noticed the biggest results in my stomach FIRST within the first 2 weeks!!!  Crazy I know, but everyone constantly commented on how much flatter my stomach was getting (love that!).  Every eating plan I’ve ever been on I lose weight (slowly), but my middle was always the last place.  Even my personal trainer brother-in-law would say “You’re doing great…your tummy is the last place you will see results, though”.  Which sucks, because we girls (especially those that have had children) want to lose it from there first, not last!

And with this program that’s exactly what you will get.  You just have to look at everyone’s progress shots that have completed the program to see the proof!
