I have been struggling with my weight for quite some time. I lost 40 pounds following a different program and then hit a plateau that I couldn’t break. As a personal trainer, I’ve studied nutrition and weight management, but I still had trouble maintaining healthy eating habits. I was discussing the problem with my husband and said “a trainer needs a trainer.” The very next day Scott posted his Fit for Photos program and I jumped at the opportunity.

In 56 days I lost 20 pounds, took 2.5 inches off my chest and waist and 3.25 inches from my hips. My skin is smoother and I have more energy and increased confidence.

The program consisted of clean healthy eating and increasingly tough workouts. It takes commitment and focus with a “no excuses” attitude to get results. Scott’s support by encouraging, guiding, answering questions, and tough love was excellent, as was the support and accountability, not only from Scott but from the other members.  The group support truly helped me reach my goals.

Agreeing to have a photo shoot was difficult for me because I knew I wouldn’t be at my goal weight in 56 days, but knowing I had a date with the camera kept me motivated to do my best. The shoot was fun, receiving compliments is inspiring, and it marks a milestone in my journey. I love celebrating my progress and hard work.

My life has started to change already. My clients love working with me because they see my success and know I relate to their struggles. My husband is eating healthier and supports me and tells me every day how inspired he is. He gets up every morning at 4:00a.m. to cook a healthy breakfast for us. My daughter started exercising in our gym 5 days a week and has improved her diet.

The program is intense but I made it a priority while working 3 different jobs and training for a different position. A family member became ill and driving for hours every day made it difficult to maintain a healthy diet, but I chose the best food options, packed snacks and meals and fit in the exercise whenever I could. I also had an injury to deal with but… no excuses!

I’m ready to start the next phase of my weight loss journey.
