I have been working out and eating right ever since having our first child. For the most part, that consisted of aerobic classes, step classes, body pump , spin classes, Pilate’s and some yoga maybe 5 or 6 days a week, And for the most part, I looked pretty good.

Most people thought so and I wore sizes 4 or 6, so I was pretty happy with things. But there was always room for improvement and when I heard about your program, I thought this is what can get me to that next level. I wanted to see and feel a change in my body and this was what was going to do it!

And it sure did! I’m glad I didn’t know what the whole program was prior to committing to it as there were some extreme changes, but I got the results I was looking for and that’s what counts. The program itself was very educational, especially learning about sugars. Of course I knew about fat and cholesterol and carbs, but who thought eating a peach after dinner was detrimental to the results I was looking for?

The workouts were great. Extreme, but great. It was a lot of hard work but that’s where being accountable to the group helped me out. Charting our meals, tracking our workouts and sharing the good, bad and ugly with each other was great. Great to know others were going through the same things I was and with the interaction on our group Face book page,we came up with lots of good ideas that we shared with one another and just showed each other the support we needed.

Oh yes, then there was the photo shoot to look forward to. What was I thinking? But maybe in the back of my mind, I knew that was the inevitable. Like it or not, that photo shoot date was getting closer every day. In the end, it was a very exciting to look forward to it and the actual shoot itself was a real fun experience.

It’s been a few weeks now since we completed the program and I’m happy to say that for the most part, I’ve been able to maintain my new physique although there have been a few “cheat meals” here and there. But I’m even more aware of the foods that I eat and what I buy at the store. The kids aren’t happy but Mitchell and I are into it and it’s become just part of our lives and how we live.

The bottom line for me is that this program has changed my life for the better. I’m leaner, stronger and healthier.
